Annie Tso
Finance Advisor
With over 15 years in finance, accounting and financial planning, Annie joined the Jo Attard & Co team in 2019.
Annie loves working with music in her ears. From classical to Dean Martin, Kenny Rogers, Ed Sheeran & Norah Jones.
She looks forward to walking her gorgeous cocker spaniel, Melody for a play in the park daily, and coming home to a lovely home cooked dinner, professionally prepared by her husband, who is a chef.
With an infectious laugh and great sense of humour, Annie is a force of good when dealing with lenders and always has her clients needs and objectives at the forefront of everything she does.
Annie is also fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese.
Rebecca Gionfriddo
Finance Advisor
With more than 5 years experience in the loan application process, Rebecca thrives on assisting clients through their home loan journey.
Away from the office, Rebecca is a busy Mum of 3 juggling all things sport related. She enjoys entertaining over the BBQ with her husband and cuddling up to her fur baby, Marlo.
Rebecca has a background in property styling, and is fuelled with a passion for anything relating to property.
She thrives on being a part of your process and helping create the dream of owning your own home, which is why Bec is a Finance Advisor at Jo Attard + Co!
Trish Lourensz
Interest Rate Negotiator
Our extremely passionate Interest Rate Negotiator, Trish loves her job as she wows our clients with the unexpected interest rate reductions she proactively negotiates on their behalf each year.
Ask Trish what she was doing 3 years, 5 months and 22 days ago - and she could tell you exactly where she was and what she was doing. Her attention to detail escapes nothing.
Trish loves to create meals and entertain with friends when she is not running after her little rascals.
Otherwise she loves nothing more than planning her next overseas adventure and discovering far-flung places she is yet to visit!
Ilana Scerri
Operations Manager
Successfully completing her double degree in Business and Banking and Finance, Ilana joined our team in 2019. Working her way through the various facets of business admin and now a leader in the loan application process.
Ilana loves being part of our client's finance and property journey. With a strong passion to teach and help people understand the ins and outs of property, Ilana always puts clients' needs as her top priority.
Outside of work, Ilana enjoys playing tennis, taking her beloved German Shepard Oscar to the beach, and exploring a newfound love for painting. Ilana has spent time in Cambodia volunteering to teach within schools and looks forward to hopping on a plane to discover a new country and culture and to continue assisting those who need it most.
Jasmine Attard
Settlements Officer
Successfully completing her degree in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Jasmine manages the settlement process from Formal Approval through to after settlement care to ensure our clients are happy throughout the process. Jasmine also manages marketing activities through our social channels.
She loves weekend getaways, grazing at new restaurants, and has a newfound love for yoga.
Jasmine looks forward to hopping on a plane again, hopefully in the near future!
Paige Perry
Finance Advisor
Coming from a background in novated leasing, Paige’s interest in mortgage broking was sparked when she began the journey of building her own home.
While new to the industry Paige is passionate about the client experience and eager to expand her knowledge in all areas of the property buying process.
When she isn’t packaging loans, Paige is either planning her next overseas getaway (Canada…. Japan…maybe Singapore) or having a movie night with her fiancé and pug Hugo (a.k.a handsome boy).
Daisy Beldad
Loan Support
Daisy has worked within many finance company firms in various roles. She joined Jo Attard + Co to assist Jo in all facets of admin from lender updates, compliance, reporting & client services.
Daisy is hooked on Korean Drama; she has made her dreams come true by visiting Korea and experiencing some K-drama scenes that she expresses was one the happiest moments of her life.
Daisy loves exploring beautiful sceneries both locally and internationally with her family, friends and loved ones and can’t wait to plan for her next international adventure soon!

Willow Bear & Jo Attard
Office Mascot & Director
Willow is a bear coat Shar Pei that accompany’ s Jo into the office most days. She performs such tasks as munching on the indoor plants, watching other dogs outside her window and snoozing under Jo’s desk.
